Under new ownership by Presto Pizza Group Inc., the kitchen carries forward everything that made this spot a neighborhood staple: scratch-made dough mixed and stretched every morning, sauces slow-simmered from whole tomatoes, and all-natural, antibiotic- and hormone-free chicken in every dish that calls for it.
